So I managed to find somebody to fill my room taking the huge weight off my shoulders. I don't have to worry about it anymore. Now all I need to focus on is getting packed and moved soon enough to make it matter. Then I just have to focus on school and see how things go.

I've been in a good mood since I managed to find somebody, which means I'm been being happy most of the time. It's an odd change of pace from my usually mildly depressed state. Here's to hoping it lasts. least long enough that I make the move before becoming my usual dour ass again.

So just got back from butte and not have somethings worked out. First and foremost I'm attending butte full time in the fall, 15 units (I think I could do more but why push it) which finishes off everything I need to graduate from CSU Chico. This means I need to go talk to CSU Chico in august and get my paperwork all worked out for grad/odd ball stuff. Second, I've got some Aid coming in August, but not enough to keep my place without me working a side job or getting a loan. I'm gonna look into loans but it probably means me moving back in with my folks, something I really don't want to do. But if its go thousands of dollars in debt or live with my folks for 6 months, 6 months isn't that long a time.

This means that I need to fill my room with somebody. If you (or someone you know) is looking for a place its 375 a month + Utilities (electric & Internet) Cat friendly. You share the apartment with one other roommate who is really clean and who has an outdoor cat. If you ( or someone you know ) is interested let me know ASAP. thanks.

Otherwise life is going ok, losing weight by swimming or walking at least 4 times a week. Got to see or talk to friends for parts of the week. Got a TPK on my D&D group that was their fault more then mine. Schools on track along with what I'm doing and where I'm going. Money is tight but not too tight. And its summer.

SO nothing really new with me, spent way too much time with the parents today working out what is going to be happening to my stuff. Seems like my brother is going to rent me room in his garage to store all my shit till I can get back on my feet, which works cause it means that I get to keep all the stuff I have without selling shit tons of it off. It does mean that I get to live with my parents for at least a little while. while this doesn't seem that bad, I have enough trouble with them when I don't live in the same house.

This brings me to my next point, I need someone to take over my room here. Its a big ass room and you share a bathroom with one roommate. rents 375 and utilities have been running me about 75 to 100 a month with the ac on. It'll be open mid July (or if earlier we can work that out). So yeah any takers?

Also, My parents finally got their new car from the DAV, so I got a trade in (as in I got their old one) cause its got AC and my poor little tuck doesn't. Speaking of my little truck, its up for sale. $2000 buys you a good running little truck with a few quirks (blue book puts it around 2700 so its a deal) Really the only thing not working with it is the AC and a small leak in the heater coil. Otherwise runs well, gets good mileage and is in decent shape (its got body damage and some interior damage from a life as a truck). If anybody is interested or knows anyone who is please let me know ASAP.

Otherwise still waiting on chico state to send my transcripts to butte so I can register for classes. Got some aid stuff in the mail but till I have classes its kinda moot.

And not much has really changed. I mean its like there is no work for me in Chico. I'm running low on money to keep looking. I'm running low on energy to keep up my daily life. I have trouble getting out of my house for more then a few hours.

I've basicly resigned myself to losing this place. I really feel bad about it, I like it alot and I don't want to move, but i've got little choice in the matter. So if anyone out there is looking for a room for the coming year, its a big room (like 15'x 25' eaxy) shared bath, kitchen, living. Parking all over and such like that. Cats ok but no dogs. all this for 375 a month plus utilities. If you are interested or if you know someone who is let me know.

I don't know what else to put into a post anymore, I have alot that runs through my head that I really need to let out, but shouldn't put up here cause its stuff that could be taken the wrong way or get me in trouble with people. I've been meaning to vent a lot of my crap out, figure I'll probably be posting a bit more often now either way. Plus some writing too, I've got some stuff I've been meaning to write that I think will come out next time I get the chance to sit and work on it.

So after a wonderful morning of being ass fucked by the college I know that :
1. I need to go to school next semester/summer.
2. I can't go to CSU Chico thanks to their inability to do anything useful for me.
3. I need to fix some of the classes on my record or I can't go back to chico state.
4. I really "Hate" the college....

So here's whats new with Clayton:

1. I'm trying my hardest to get back to school and finish my education for what little good it'll do me. This means I'm in meetings and filling out forms a lot.

2. My new roommate has settled in, she and her cat are now adjusted to living here in chico, it makes for a nice change from the near nonexistent roommate todd was. I'm getting use to having her around, still getting use to the smell of coffee that she drinks but that's just minor annoyances.

3. Weight, I seemed to have at least stablized the size of my gut, now to work on shrinking it. I hope to hold to my goal of 50lbs this year but we'll see how that goes. Tried exercise and remembered why I gave it up. Legs hurt, arms hurt, head hurt, etc.

4. Still jobless and not really looking, with school only a few months away I really don't want to pick up a full time job. I'll still take one if it falls in my lap but i'm not going to break down doors to find one.

5. Managed to hang out with Matt, Josh F. and Katie this last week or so. Seems like I was at their place more then I was home. I know I had a blast and I hope I wasn't too much of a pest.

6. Electronic woe - My laptop seems destined for the big scrap heap in the sky. It's unresponive when I start it and crashes a few minutes after startup. I think it has something to do with the ram or the startup but since I cant get it to boot up enough (even with a boot disk) to do much of anything I'm almost ready to write it off. This makes the second device to fail since the new roommie moved in, which makes it hard since we didn't have a DVD player till yesterday when I got a new one.

Thats about it for now. Not much else going on. Still wanting to get a group to head out to the water as soon as its warm enough so you people don't turn blue. Till later.

I just bought a new 1TB (yes that terabyte) external drive, mostly so I could backup my laptop and format it. fun times ahead.

My Boredom. Really now, I'm getting tired of sitting around on my ass doing stuff to kill time. I've been wanting to go do something productive for a while now. My hope is that I get the chance to soon or I'm going to get a tad on the crazy side.

New roommate is all good for now. Cat doesn't seem to be bothering me too much (can't tell with the wind and the flower spunk so heavy it coats my car inches deep. Otherwise it was a chore to fit everything she has in. She's like me with an apartment full of furniture and no where to put it.

On the up side I've been putting in for jobs trying to find something for summer. No luck yet, probably wont land anything but got to keep trying.

Trisha if you see this, I mailed you a letter today, I hope it manages to find its way over there. Let me know when (if?) you get it. =)

Well, i've been kicking around this idea for a couple of years but i think I finally have the time to try it. I've heard complaints from some of my friends that they don't really know how to cook much. Being that my hobby is cooking (probably to my downfall and the first among reasons for my girth) I keep thinking I should do a cooking class. The big thing I need for that is students, students who want to learn to cook something. I'd probably run the class with each person participating buys ingredients towards dinner and then everybody eats at the end. Dishes can be thought up or picked by the students but overall learning comes from me. I think... no I know that I would enjoy it. I just need students now. Any takers?

Well, my day was productive. Start off with getting up and watching some anime like i usually do. top it off i got the PG&E switched over, got todd moved out (he did this mostly without my help). I'm planning on cooking dinner for 3 to 5 people, getting ready for a night of entertaining and going to get lisa (my new roommate) her keys to the place. Overall a totally uplifting day overall. It damb near overshadows how crappy the weeks been.

Otherwise still a single overwight unemployed hopeless romantic geeky loser.

Well got a few things going:
Trying to get my soon to be new roomie into the place, gotta get paperwork moving and get todd up to date and get things done. It's alot of work but less work then moving. Figure most of this week is going to be crazy getting that done and trying to get me back on track for school.

Yes school, I'm going to finally bring myself to go back (assuming that i have the funding and the ability to still finish) Gotta get back in shape (round is a shape but not one i want to stay in) so that I don't die running from class to class. Probably still going to be taking full units even with only 2 classes I really need just for what little scholarships I can get.

I'm been trying to be more social lately but its been backfiring more often then not. I forget that being unemployed makes me have more general free time then most people. Being that it was spring break probably didn't do much to help either. On the other hand I've been more active, more interested and generally in a better mind frame these last few days. MIght be the new videogames i ended up getting or the fact that I'm on a road again not holding in pattern.

I do have one thing I need to find. I'm looking for a realistic painter who's looking for a project. I've got a full sized painting I want done (and am willing to pay to have done) but it needs to be realistic and well done (its going to be a gift). If anyone is interested I've got all the details already I just need someone to do it, which seems to be short on my list of artist friends. Anybody want to paint?

My Eyes are getting bad again, I don't know if its just strain or if something I did screwed them up, but I'm having more difficulty making out small text. It gets to be difficult now to read my screen sometimes. I apologize for any big text that ends up in here for the next few weeks, It's probably just me trying to read something.

So, with the weather holding fairly well, I've had this incredible urge to head out at try swimming again. I come down to the problem that I really would rather not go alone.
Anyone care to join me for swimming (either at 1 mile or upper park) either thursday or friday (or both?) weather permitting?
